These Terms of Use govern access to the CyberForge™ website, digital products, downloadable resources, and related services. By using the website or purchasing a CyberForge product, you agree to these terms.
1. CyberForge Products
CyberForge provides cybersecurity workbooks, templates, governance resources, risk-management tools, compliance documentation, and other digital resources intended to help organizations build and improve cybersecurity programs.
2. Educational and Professional Use
CyberForge materials are provided for informational, organizational, and professional-use purposes. They are not a substitute for legal advice, regulatory advice, audit opinions, professional certification, or organization-specific security assessments.
Customers remain responsible for determining whether a CyberForge resource is suitable for their organization, industry, jurisdiction, technology environment, and compliance requirements.
3. Purchases
Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to the transaction at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be calculated during checkout.
Payment processing may be provided through Stripe or another authorized payment service provider.
4. Digital Delivery
CyberForge products are delivered digitally. After successful payment, customers may receive a secure download link or another authorized method of accessing the purchased product.
Download links may expire and may be subject to reasonable download limits intended to protect product delivery systems and intellectual property.
5. License and Permitted Use
Purchase of a CyberForge product grants the customer a limited license to use the purchased materials according to the CyberForge product license in effect at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, purchase does not transfer ownership of CyberForge intellectual property, trademarks, source materials, branding, or underlying product rights.
6. Prohibited Use
Customers may not:
- Resell CyberForge products as standalone products.
- Redistribute purchased files publicly.
- Upload purchased files to public file-sharing services.
- Claim authorship or ownership of CyberForge products.
- Remove CyberForge ownership or copyright notices for redistribution.
- Use CyberForge systems to engage in unlawful activity.
- Attempt to bypass download controls or security measures.
7. Customer Responsibility
Cybersecurity and compliance requirements vary by organization. Customers are responsible for reviewing, adapting, approving, implementing, and maintaining purchased resources within their own environment.
8. Availability
CyberForge makes reasonable efforts to maintain website, checkout, and digital-delivery availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, security events, internet failures, or third-party service outages.
9. Intellectual Property
CyberForge™, CyberForge branding, original product structures, documentation, workbooks, templates, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
10. Third-Party Services
CyberForge may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, email, infrastructure, analytics, or other operational services. Use of those services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, CyberForge products and services are provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that any particular product will satisfy every legal, regulatory, security, audit, contractual, or operational requirement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CyberForge is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from use or inability to use CyberForge products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the CyberForge Refund Policy and applicable law.
14. Privacy
Use of information associated with CyberForge is described in the CyberForge Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
CyberForge may update these Terms as products, services, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
