Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 25, 2026
CyberForge™ respects the privacy of visitors and customers. This Privacy Policy explains the information used when you visit the CyberForge website, purchase a CyberForge digital product, or use CyberForge services.
1. Website Analytics
CyberForge uses limited first-party website telemetry to understand general website activity and improve the customer experience.
The CyberForge website may create an anonymous visitor identifier in your browser's local storage. This identifier helps CyberForge estimate unique visitors and understand whether visitors proceed to the checkout process.
CyberForge's first-party visitor telemetry is not designed to collect your name, payment card information, or email address. The anonymous visitor identifier is used for operational and business-performance reporting.
2. Purchase Information
When you purchase a CyberForge product, information associated with the transaction may include your email address, Stripe customer identifier, payment status, purchase amount, currency, checkout session identifier, fulfillment status, and digital download activity.
CyberForge does not store your complete payment-card number in its own Revenue API or product-delivery system.
3. Payment Processing
CyberForge uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe may collect payment information, billing information, device information, fraud-prevention information, and other data necessary to process transactions.
Stripe's handling of information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policies and applicable terms.
4. Digital Product Delivery
After a successful purchase, CyberForge may create a secure, time-limited download authorization for the purchased digital product.
CyberForge may record the number of downloads, the time of the most recent download, expiration information, and fulfillment status to operate and protect its digital-delivery system.
5. Information Security
CyberForge uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information used by the website, Revenue API, owner systems, payment workflow, and digital delivery process.
No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
6. How Information Is Used
CyberForge may use information to:
- Operate and improve the CyberForge website.
- Process and verify purchases.
- Deliver purchased digital products.
- Provide customer support.
- Measure website and checkout activity.
- Detect misuse, fraud, or security problems.
- Maintain business and transaction records.
- Meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
7. Information Sharing
CyberForge does not sell personal information as part of its current business model.
Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate CyberForge, including payment, hosting, email, infrastructure, security, and digital-delivery providers.
8. Data Retention
CyberForge may retain transaction and operational information for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, security, accounting, legal obligations, and business records.
9. Your Choices
Browser local storage can generally be cleared through your browser settings. Clearing local storage may cause CyberForge to assign a new anonymous visitor identifier during a future visit.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning personal information.
10. Policy Changes
CyberForge may update this Privacy Policy as its products, technology, or legal requirements change. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
