CyberForge Product License

Effective date: August 25, 2026

This license describes how purchased CyberForge™ digital products may be used.

1. License Grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this license, CyberForge grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased CyberForge digital product for the purchaser's own internal business or professional purposes.

2. Internal Organizational Use

A purchasing organization may generally use and adapt purchased CyberForge workbooks, templates, and related resources for its own internal cybersecurity program.

Internal copies may be created as reasonably necessary for authorized personnel working on behalf of that purchasing organization.

3. Modification

Editable CyberForge resources may be modified to fit the purchasing organization's policies, systems, risk environment, compliance requirements, and operational needs.

4. No Standalone Resale

A CyberForge product may not be resold, relicensed, repackaged, or offered as a competing standalone workbook, template, toolkit, digital download, or commercial product without written authorization from CyberForge.

5. No Public Redistribution

Purchased CyberForge files may not be uploaded to public repositories, public file-sharing platforms, public template libraries, or other locations where unauthorized third parties can obtain the original product.

6. Consultants and Service Providers

Consultants or service providers who purchase CyberForge products may use them internally in performing authorized work, but may not distribute the original CyberForge product as their own commercial offering unless a separate license permits that use.

7. Intellectual Property

CyberForge retains ownership of the original product design, structure, documentation, branding, and intellectual property. Purchase provides usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the original CyberForge product.

8. Branding

Internal modifications do not grant rights to use CyberForge trademarks or branding in a manner that suggests sponsorship, certification, endorsement, or partnership unless CyberForge has expressly authorized that use.

9. Unauthorized Distribution

CyberForge reserves the right to restrict future access, deactivate delivery links, or pursue other appropriate remedies when purchased materials are intentionally redistributed in violation of this license.

10. Additional Licensing

Enterprise, reseller, training, consulting, redistribution, or other expanded rights may require a separate written license.
